Please Note : Digital products are non-refundable. If your textbook contains an access code, the silver strip that covers the access code must not be scratched off. Otherwise the textbook will be deemed non-saleable and cannot be credited. Please return your item using a traceable ship method and provide us with tracking to ensure credit is issued to your account in the event your package is lost in transit. Returns for a package must include all components.
Price Adjustments : F.A. Davis offers partial refunds for price adjustments for seven (7) days after an order is placed on FADavis.com. Please contact our Customer Support team with your order number and a current, active promotion for which your order is eligible.
Bookstores and Institutions
Prior Return Authorization is not required. Adhering to our return policy ensures credit will be issued. Please provide on your chargeback the information needed, such as: Invoice number and date, ISBN, and the quantity that will support your return request. All authorized and approved returns will be issued an FA Davis credit. The credit note may be applied to invoices or future purchases for a period of 2 years provided the following guidelines are followed:

Documentation Requirements
Multiple carton shipments must be clearly marked. We will hold any partial shipments received for three (3) business days. If after three (3) days, the balance of the shipment has not been received, you will be notified, and credit will be issued for only the cartons and products that were received. Credits may be applied to invoices or future purchases for a period of 2 years. Claims for credit must be made within six months of the return date. To Request Return Authorization please contact credits@fadavis.com, or dial 800 323 3555 x 3002.
FA Davis will issue return labels, retrieve and replace defective products provided they were purchased
directly from F.A. Davis up to one year from date of purchase. Defective products purchased through a
distributor must be returned to that distributor.
If your institutional or bookstore shipment was damaged in transit, improperly packaged or
received in non-salable condition, please contact our Customer Support team
via cs@fadavis.com within seven (7)
business days of receipt. CS will issue return labels, retrieve and replace damaged products.
